Diabetes: When to Eat and How to Distribute Food?

It is best to eat regularly every 3 hours. Don’t forget breakfast, snacks in between main courses, and a second dinner. This will help the body get used to the regular intake of nutrients so that blood sugar levels will not fluctuate as much. There should be no starvation or overeating. Diet does not have to be a dramatic change in diet. These can be gradual and seemingly small changes, but they are important for the health of the diabetic. It is very easy to replace less suitable products with more suitable ones.

Fruits and vegetables are best eaten fresh. Dishes are recommended to be prepared by boiling, stewing and baking. A lot of fat gets into the food when frying. This can worsen cardiovascular disease.
